Scott Arfsten
Scott Arfsten brings over 30 years of construction management and preconstruction experience to every project. His career spans luxury residential, commercial, and fire-zone rebuild work across California — with a deep specialization in ICF construction and WUI-compliant design.
Before founding IFC Precon, Scott held senior estimating and project management roles on projects ranging from custom hillside estates to large-scale commercial developments. That breadth of experience informs every estimate and schedule he produces.
Scott is a licensed contractor and holds a B.S. in Construction Management and an MBA. He works directly with every IFC Precon client — no junior staff, no hand-offs.
